HSSC

The college holds tests and examinations at regular intervals to evaluate and consolidate the learning of the students.

Use of Unfair Means

A student found using unfair means in a test / examination shall stand disqualified forthwith and will be required to re-appear in all the papers in a re-examination if allowed by the principal. Such a student may be expelled from the college and issued CLC.

Monthly & Bimonthly Tests

A monthly test is taken/held in each subject at the end of every month and the result is conveyed to the students at individual level. Bimonthly tests are held for 2 hours for each subject as per exam calendar. This gives ample feedback to the students, parents and to the faculty which helps design the future course of studies.

Send-up Exam

December test is a major feature of the college as it determines the eligibility of the students for the Federal Board / Punjab University exam. The students are expected to participate in December Test Wholeheartedly. In case, a student fails/shows poor performance / remains absent or falls short of 75% attendance, admission form will not be forwarded to the Federal Board/Punjab University.

Test Series

Once the eligibility of the students for the Board/University exam is determined a test series is held to help the students develop sound academic skills. The three test on the pattern of FBISE/PU enable them to develop strong academic confidence.

Pre-Board /Pre-University Exam

This test is held in March/April every year on the pattern of the Federal Board / Punjab University for final rehearsal of the students. It helps students gauge their learning and overcome their learning and overcome their short-comings before their final exam.

Pass Marks

The pass marks at Federal Board and the University of Punjab level are usually 33% but to attain this minimum level the level the college may raise the pass marks 40% in all college tests/exams.

Promotion Policy

The students of 1st year, who fail in two or more subjects in Federal Board exam shall not qualify for promotion to 2nd year and they will be issued College leaving certificate fee.

Character Certificate

Character Certificate will only be issued to enrolled who have passed annual HSSC / BS Exam of the year or to ex-students who apply within ONE year of their passing of annual/supply HSSC / BS Exams as ex-students.

BS Four Program

Examination Year Program Examination & Assessment will be made as per HEC and P.U rules regulations.
